Hiring event decor from us is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our selection of floral  decor items, including floral pillars, urns, tablescapes or bridal packages. Once you've chosen the items that match your event's style and theme, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date / time and venue of your event, and we will deliver the floral decor to your chosen location, setup, pickup  by 9pm. It's a hassle-free way to elevate your event's atmosphere with our beautiful decor.

Price is for 1 setup location only. Our experienced team will ensure that the decor is placed and arranged according to your preferences, saving you time and effort. A relocation service is available for an additional fee, and you can discuss your specific requirements with our team to create a customised setup plan.

Our arbours and pillars are very large and require our movers or florist to transport them or move indoors at the event. We will work directly with your venue hosts so you don't have to go between for setup, delivery, storage or pick up.

Weather back up plan: We will monitor the weather & set up flowers under a sheltered weatherproof area or inside at your venue. 

We do not meet to show you these products because they are too big to transport for these kind of appointments. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos so you know what the product looks like before you rent. Please see additional photos on our Instagram account @floral.eventz

We also attend local wedding fairs and events where you can view items in person.

We will work with your venue for next day pickups to avoid these fees when possible. This will depend if the venue allow us, the location and if the arch is needed the next morning, and if we can fit it into our schedule the next day.

At this time, we are not offering custom floral arrangements for hire in forever flowers, but we are already working on adding a variety of arrangements to choose from. This should be available to you soon! 

We can add coloured flowers to the arches flowers, but cannot remove flowers. This is how we can customise it.
